Baking Bread II

After a few trails, we seem to have found the right recipe;


It helped to visit a bakery shop that has all needed ingredients available and is able to give advice!




A beautiful soft loaf with a crispy crust, sorry we won't wait for breakfast to try this out!

    My husband, the baker..following after his grandfather's footsteps. It's so entertaining to watch his 'overflowing' enthusiasm. I love the way he just dives in to make his bread...the minute he got it..he ran to buy the ingredients.
